• Minimum of 2 months advance deposit

• Furnitures:

• Air-conditioning unit (minimum: Php 5,799)

• Electricity Bill: (minimum for business type: Php 4,000)

• Internet and Phone Bill (minimum: Php 10,000)

• Receptionist and Maintenance officer (salary): Php 20,000

For an office space of 143 sqm, with 2 office desks and 2 office chairs, 1 air-conditioning unit, and 1 phone line, you will need about Php 230,295. However, this does not include other expenditures such as legal costs, fee for property upkeep (re-painting, re-modelling, etc.), and other things. In order to set-up an efficient office, the estimated minimum cost is around Php 250,000!!!
